Band Together is a fun and free strength training program using resistance bands. This class is open to all ages and all different fitness levels. Penn State Health’s Internal medicine physician, Dr. Chris Sciamanna, created Band Together. After researching available programs, he came up with a routine that mixes several strength-training exercises along with some core exercises. Please join Band Together peer-lead class on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30 PM-1:00 PM via Zoom.
