Supportlinc Employee Assistance Program
Managing work and your home life can sometimes be a challenge. SupportLinc’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available with emotional wellbeing and work-life balance resources to keep you at your best. Administered by CuraLinc Healthcare, SupportLinc offers confidential guidance to help you address and resolve everyday issues at no cost to you or your family. Access support whenever needed, wherever is most convenient for you. The program includes:
- In-the-moment support & short-term counseling. A licensed clinician answers 24/7/365 when you call for assistance with work-related pressures, depression, stress, anxiety, grief, relationship problems, substance abuse, or other emotional health concerns. You and your benefit-eligible family members may also receive up to six (6) counseling sessions, in-person or via video.
- Web platform and mobile app. Your one-stop shop for SupportLinc mental health technology tools such as Text therapy, Animo, and Navigator as well as a variety of wellbeing resources! Discover on-demand trainings, toolkits, wellbeing blog and support for wellbeing, family, career, lifestyle, and legal/financial to boost wellbeing.
Penn State Health OnDemand Mental Health Resources
Through the Penn State Health OnDemand web or app, you can see a licensed psychologist or counselor to address common behavioral health challenges, all from the privacy and comfort of your own home. Our virtual visits are HIPAA-compliant and secure so that you can safely and confidently consult with a provider face-to-face.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
Mindfulness programs at Penn State Health include the 8-week, evidence-based Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course. This course has been shown in thousands of studies around the world to improve stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and hypertension. Other offerings include 2-hour Introduction to Mindfulness sessions, seasonal Saturday retreats, and 30-minute free weekly drop-in community practice sessions on Wednesday evenings and Friday afternoons. All of our offerings take place via Zoom.
