BeWell Virtual Lunch & Learn: The Benefits of Mindfulness
There are many well-documented benefits of mindfulness, from stress reduction to relationship
satisfaction to job performance. However, many employees find it difficult to make mindfulness a
part of their everyday life. Fortunately, it isn’t necessary to dedicate a lifetime to learning
