Spring Mindfulness Retreat: Getting Comfortable with the Discomfort of Growing
Join us on Saturday, April 2, 2022, from 10 am to 12 pm for a two-hour mindfulness retreat. The theme for our mindfulness practices will be: Getting Comfortable with the Discomfort of Growing. Our Time together will be filled with a variety of guided mindfulness practices including movement.
