So often people try to create a habit only to be unsuccessful time and time again. Creating habits, especially healthy habits, can be very difficult. This session will share what habits and healthy habits are, why they are so difficult to form, and how to tap into the power of the relationship between goals and successful habit development. Participants will be given guidance about pathways to success and the importance of responsiveness, reinforcement and reminders.

This presentation will address these basic concepts of how to create and maintain healthy family dynamics.
